Join a Class

Sarah emphasizes alignment and actions in her classes while weaving in yoga philosophy and inspirational readings.  She encourages somatic awareness in her students in order to help them open to the moment and practice mindfulness.

 

Online

All sign-ups include a video recording of the class good for one week after the scheduled class.  You can take the class any time during the week as many times as you would like.

WEDNESDAY 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

Alignment-based, mindful yoga

THURSDAY 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Gentle yoga using SATYA movements & restorative poses

SUNDAY 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Alignment-based, mindful yoga

Sign up for one class, one class a week, or the whole month.

 

No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.

Please contact Sarah if you cannot afford to pay for classes at this time.
